The team interface is designed to provide easy navigation to the tracks, lists, reports and charts used by the team member.

Each agent can select his or her “favorites” from the Lists, Report, Charts and Dashborads they are permitted to manage.

All alerts sent to the team member by the workflow are listed here.
Alerts are diplayed in real-time. By clicking on an alert, the associated track and object is displayed.
